Directions to the Virginia Tech Hampton Roads Center
From
I-64 (west or east)
Take
(exit 282) the Northampton Boulevard exit (route 13 north).
Travel north
toward the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel approximately 1 mile.
Move in to the left lane, turn on to Diamond Springs Road
and travel approximately .3 miles. The Virginia Tech Hampton
Roads Center is co-located with the Virginia Tech Agriculture
Research and Extension Center on approximately 70 acres on your
right. Just past the Arboretum, you will see the signs for the
Center and make a right turn on to the property. There is limited
parking at the front of the building but ample parking is available
between the greenhouses and on the north side of the building.
From I-264
Take the Newtown Road exit and travel north. Newtown Road becomes Diamond Springs Road. When you cross Northhampton Boulevard (route 13) travel approximately .3 miles to the Virginia Tech Hampton Road Center on your right. The Virginia Tech Hampton Roads Center is co-located with the Virginia Tech Agriculture Research and Extension Center on approximately 60 acres on your right. Just past the Arboretum, you will see the signs for the Center and make a right turn on to the property. There is limited parking at the front of the building but ample parking is available between the greenhouses and on the north side of the building.
From the Virginia Beach Oceanfront
Follow Shore Drive to Northhampton Boulevard and turn left (south, route 13). Follow to Diamond Springs Road for approximately .3 of a mile and turn right. The Virginia Tech Hampton Roads Center is co-located with the Virginia Tech Agriculture Research and Extension Center on approximately 60 acres on your right. Just past the Arboretum, you will see the signs for the Center and make a right turn on to the property.
